Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will play an essential part in our patients' journeys toward recovery and wellness. Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our Long Beach facility, where you will be part of a close-knit team consisting of two other experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our clinic ambiance is collaborative and supportive, encouraging team members to share expertise and work towards common goals of patient success. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' goals and needs through comprehensive evaluations and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one care, seeing approximately 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring personalized attention and effective therapy sessions.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment options focusing on improving functionality, mobility, and quality of life.
• Encourage rehabilitation while reducing reliance on medications by offering alternative treatment methods.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to develop individualized care plans and wellness-oriented programs for patients.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care services and progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary and communicating effectively with both patients and the healthcare team.
• Foster a motivational environment that empowers clients during their treatment and recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic outpatient care, catering to patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. The diverse patient demographic includes active adults, athletes, and those in rehabilitation from serious injuries. As a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be instrumental in helping these patients achieve their optimal physical function.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no board disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Proven track record of patient management and clinical outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
