Kelly Nissan of Route 33 is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

As one of Pennsylvania's premier Nissan dealerships, we're searching for an experienced automotive leader who knows how to build teams, drive performance, and create an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed sales goals.
• Desk deals and assist with structuring profitable transactions.
• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, appointments, and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Ensure every customer receives a first-class buying experience.
• Work closely with Finance, BDC, and Used Vehicle departments to maximize dealership performance.
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Foster a positive, competitive, and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Automotive Sales Management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
