In line with the increasing growth of Keller Norway, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Norway.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager with a solid background in geotechnical works to lead projects on-site from start to finish. Commuting to various project sites across Norway must be expected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Take financial responsibility for projects
• Plan resources and manpower
• Perform calculations and cost controls
• Maintain daily contact with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications

• Practical experience in geotechnical works
• Experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
• Engineering education (Geotechnical Engineering preferred)
