Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of individuals with medical needs? Do you have a caring and compassionate nature, with a desire to provide quality support services to those in need? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Description:In this role, you will work as a Part-time QSP Aid providing support services to individuals with in the Bismarck/Mandan ND area. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities, providing personal care, implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of those under your care. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients
- Providing light housekeeping, doing laundry, cooking meals, shopping,
- Assist in transferring the person
- Provide non-medical transportation
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma
- Experienced encouraged but not necessary.
