Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and transfer to the applicable team member.
• Assist customers with general questions and inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks for the agency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
• Must be good with technology.
• Licensing is not required.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
