Kaplan Investments Inc is looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in the vibrant Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
  • Engage prospective and existing clients to identify needs and present suitable investment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads
  • Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and share best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

  • Comfortable working a part-time, flexible schedule
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools or willingness to learn
