The agency helps brands grow through a mix of paid media, creative, content, social, and digital strategy. Their clients range from emerging wellness companies to established consumer brands looking to strengthen their digital presence and connect with new audiences.

Their team combines creative thinking with a performance-driven approach, working closely with clients to build campaigns that strengthen their brands while delivering measurable growth.

They are looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of wellness and lifestyle clients and act as the main connection between clients and internal marketing teams.

In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, audience, and growth goals while coordinating campaigns across paid media, creative, content, and strategy.

You’ll lead client communication, keep projects and priorities moving, and work closely with channel specialists to make sure the agency is delivering both strong work and measurable results.

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of wellness, health, and lifestyle clients.
• Understand each client's brand, audience, business goals, and marketing priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams across paid media, creative, content, social, and strategy.
• Lead recurring client meetings and communicate campaign performance, priorities, and next steps.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and priorities for internal teams.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback across multiple accounts.
• Partner with channel specialists to identify opportunities to improve performance and strengthen client strategy.
• Monitor account health and proactively address challenges or changing client needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services and new initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
• Experience working with wellness, health, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, creative, social, and content.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate campaign performance and marketing data into clear client recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
