Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Smokey Point Medical Center team in Smokey Point, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

  • This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.  
  • You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
  • Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
  • AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.   
  • In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
  • Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

Qualifications

  • Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
  • Required: BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA 
  • Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
