Job description

Become a part of our organization as a full-time Urologist within a well-established Urology practice located in Richland, Washington. This position offers an excellent chance to engage in a wide variety of general Urology procedures while collaborating with a dedicated team. Experience a remarkable work-life balance in the picturesque and sunny Tri-Cities area.

  • Full-time role with a 4.5-day work week
  • On-call schedule of 1:4, totaling 6 days per month
  • Work alongside 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), supported by a capable staff
  • Access to strong mentorship and support
  • Utilize advanced technology, including 2 robotic systems, Urogynecology, and Aquablation
  • Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Annual compensation ranges from $511,699 to $674,990
  • Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available
  • The listed compensation may include incentives for productivity, quality/service, call pay, and extra shifts, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be offered.
