Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on the phone, loves building rapport, and knows how to convert warm inquiries into solid appointments? Following our massive success across Metro Detroit (closing over 4,500+ homes and $1 Billion+ in sales volume) KW - The Monzo Group is hiring a dedicated Inside Sales Agent (ISA).

In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our brand. You’ll manage inbound inquiries and work warm lead pipelines from our premier platforms, qualifying prospective buyers and sellers and booking consultations directly onto our field agents' calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, nurture, and follow up with warm database contacts.
• Ask targeted qualifying questions to uncover client motivation, timelines, and property criteria.
• Schedule qualified listing and buyer consultations.
  

Qualifications:

• No Real Estate License Required (Sales or customer service background preferred).
• High phone stamina, comfortable maintaining high daily call volume, and energized by fast-paced outbound prospecting.
• Reliable, coachable, and driven.
