KUTINSKY PLLC is a boutique insurance coverage law firm in Birmingham, Michigan that exclusively represents policyholders and other claimants in disputes with insurance companies. The firm is among the premier insurance coverage firms devoted to representing policyholders in litigated matters.

This is a part-time hybrid Law Student position located in Birmingham, MI, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The role entails conducting legal research, drafting memos, and assisting in preparing legal documents. Additionally, the role includes analyzing cases, organizing files, and supporting attorneys in court preparations and litigation strategies.

• Proficiency in legal principles and concepts, with a solid foundation in Law and Research
• Strong Analytical Skills for case analysis and evaluation
• Effective Communication and Writing abilities, including drafting clear and persuasive legal documents
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and deadlines effectively
• Current enrollment in an accredited law school
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Interest in litigation and/or insurance coverage
