Solution Architect (m/f/d)
Project details- Start: 1 September 2026
- Workload:2.5–5 days per week
- Duration: Initially until the end of March 2027, with an extension beyond go-live planned
- Location: Mainly remote
- Onsite: One‑day workshop in Hamburg
- Project language: English
- Region: Europe, with availability during European business hours
- Define the technical target architecture for the CX and loyalty solution
- Review existing API documentation and system landscapes
- Define the required APIs, integrations and data flows
- Conduct customer workshops to clarify technical requirements and required data
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and development teams
- Optional: Support the technical implementation of integrations
- Experience as a Solution Architect within CX, loyalty, CRM or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures
- Experience defining target architectures and technical solution designs
- Experience conducting customer workshops
- Fluent English
