We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology. This is more than a traditional BA role — you will shape decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive real business impact.

Your Responsibilities

Drive Business Impact

• Break down complex problems and identify opportunities
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value
• Build business cases and support value realization

Lead Client Engagements

• Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams
• Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions
• Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers

Bridge Business & Technology

• Gather and translate business & data requirements
• Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs
• Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams

Drive Execution Excellence

• Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning

Lead & Contribute

• Mentor junior team members
• Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership
• Support business development and proposal efforts

What You Bring

• 10+ years in business analysis or consulting experience is a must
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
• Experience in managing a team of consultants with a varied skill set
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision‑making
• Bilingual English/French
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Data concepts (data models, ETL, BI)
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills
