We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on a variety of rubber manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviances.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and safety inspections.
- Adhere to company safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in rubber manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a rubber manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
