What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our clients feel pampered from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Managing appointment bookings and maintaining the salon’s schedule.
• Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries.
• Assisting with retail product sales and inventory organization.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to keep operations seamless.
• Creating a positive and professional atmosphere for both clients and staff.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in the beauty industry (this is a must!).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills to handle scheduling software and email communication.
