Were a locally owned Vermont business with nearly 30 years serving restaurants, schools, and food service operators across Chittenden, Lamoille, Washington, Franklin, Orange, and Addison Counties.

What We Offer

- Local work only no long hauls or out-of-state travel
- Dedicated support team we handle scheduling, dispatch, parts, and warranty claims

- 13 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Clean, professional work habits and solid communication skills
- Comfortable using iPads or service software for ticketing and documentation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
Position Details
- Full-time W2 employment (not subcontracted)
