Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and propulsion systems
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on boats and marine equipment
• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
• Assist with new boat rigging and warranty work
• Support operations in a full-service marine repair facility
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Marine technician or boat repair experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with marine engines, electrical systems, and propulsion systems
