We are seeking a Business Development Manager Commercial Security to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.
Required Qualification:

• 5+ years of successful B2B consultative sales of Commercial Security experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business through prospecting and relationship building.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling to business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities and longer sales cycles.
• Strong organization, territory management, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, presentations, and proposal tools.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
• Ability to conduct commercial site surveys in office, warehouse, construction, and industrial environments.
