We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Training Facilitator to support the rollout of a new Salesforce-based CRM platform. This role is responsible for delivering engaging virtual and in-person training, participating in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, creating training materials, and ensuring end users are fully prepared for system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and become a subject matter expert on system workflows.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual and in-person Salesforce training.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, and presentation decks.
• Conduct office hours and Q&A sessions to support user adoption.
• Gather learner feedback and track training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and Learning & Development to ensure successful rollout.

Qualifications:

• Experience facilitating technical software training, preferably Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM workflows.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations is preferred.
