Job description

Regional Nurse Consultant

Full-time Monday-Friday California

Company Overview

Kalesta Healthcare Group operates 30 skilled nursing and senior living communities across California, Washington, and Oregon. We're growing-and we're building a consulting infrastructure that raises clinical outcomes at every site we manage. Exceptional care starts with leaders who bring both expertise and purpose to the work. Our goal, in every market we enter, is to become the provider and employer of choice.

The Role

We're looking for a Regional Nurse Consultant to own clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Northern California SNFs. You'll partner directly with Directors of Nursing and Administrators-not just advising, but driving the improvement work. This is a high-impact role for someone who has led at the DON level and is ready to operate across a portfolio.

What You'll Own

Clinical operations oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities

Regulatory compliance - federal, state, local - including infection control and incident management

Quality improvement - building and tracking performance metrics that move the needle

Mentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each site

Regular site audits and inspections with clear, actionable findings

What We're Looking For

REQUIRED Active California RN license 3+ years as DON in a skilled nursing facility Based in or relocating to Northern California PREFERRED 1+ year in a multi-facility or regional clinical role Proven track record in QI and regulatory compliance across multiple sites

Why Kalesta

You'll have real authority and real scope. As a growing regional operator, we move faster than national chains and make decisions at the local level. You'll work directly with the CNO and have visibility into portfolio-wide strategy.

Apply today to join a team committed to making a positive impact on patient care.
