Palm Beach Gardens Location

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Real Estate Title
• Must be Licensed by State of Florida or willing to get license
• Must be a Notary for the State of Florida or willing to become one
• Qualia software knowledge a plus
• Hard worker/Team Player

Responsibilities:

• Clearing Title
• Preparation of Closing Documents
• Conduct Closing
• Funding/Balance file/Cut checks/Initiate Wires
