Systems Solutions Sales Leader -Chesapeake, VA - Controls-Only Company
POSITION:
  • BAS Controls - Systems Solutions Sales Leader
LOCATION:
  • Chesapeake, VA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience in as a Sales Team Leadership position or similar role.
  • Responsible for guiding a team to achieve sales goals for the fiscal year
  • Establish and hold accountability for the team's annual operational goals as well as annual budgets and success.
  • Manage and coach team members to help them achieve their goals
  • Delegate and assign account responsibility, leads and other opportunities to team members
  • Conduct performance and sales reviews with team members
  • Responsible for understanding the CRM system tools
  • Assist in helping sales personal resolve customer issues or problems
  • Maintain and uphold the representation of the company by gathering clients perceptions and feedback
