Who We Are
At JusticeWorks, youth and families are always our top priority. Our team is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to empower youth, support families, and create stronger, healthier communities.

JusticeWorks is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. That means our employees are owners. You build retirement wealth through company stock — at no cost to you — while making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Advocacy Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and community partners to ensure the voices and needs of children and youth are heard and addressed. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to connect families with appropriate services and supports.
If you are passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work, we encourage you to apply.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
  • Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
  • Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
  • Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
  • Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
  • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards
