    Job description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.
    • Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to:
      • Grab bar and rail installations
      • Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications
      • Ramps and stairlifts
      • Widening doorways
    • Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.
    • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Licensed and Insured
    • Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects
    • Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment
    • Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
    • Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
