Position Overview
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Josh Whitley's local State Farm Agency while delivering exceptional service to customers. This position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and offering appropriate insurance and financial service solutions.
You will assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage options, claims processes, and account updates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
