Policyholder Assistance: Respond to inquiries from policyholders, ensuring their insurance questions are answered promptly and accurately.

Claims Support: Provide guidance and support in navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Information Management: Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns proactively, ensuring client satisfaction.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Prior customer service experience, especially in insurance, is advantageous.
