What You’ll Do

• Identify & Conquer: Generate new business through a mix of door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and following up on company-provided leads.
• Inspect & Consult: Perform roof inspections to evaluate damage or replacement needs for both residential and commercial properties.
• Close the Deal: Prepare detailed proposals, present tiered roofing options, and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to the production team and high customer satisfaction post-sale.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in sales (roofing, construction, or home services preferred).
• The "Climber" Mentality: You must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on rooftops to conduct inspections.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical construction details in a way customers understand.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean, professional appearance.
