What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Insurance Representative, you'll work with both prospective and existing customers to provide personalized insurance solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.

Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.

Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend customized insurance solutions.

Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Assist existing clients with policy reviews, coverage changes, and account servicing.

Cross-sell additional insurance products to better protect customers and strengthen client relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Previous sales experience in retail, banking, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.

Life Insurance License is a plus.

Don't have an insurance license? That's okay! We're happy to consider candidates with strong sales experience who are willing to obtain their insurance license with our support.
