San Bernardino, CA | $20–$23/HR | Full-Time

JobSource is hiring a Production Operators for a food manufacturing company in San Bernardino!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Set up machines, make adjustments, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow production schedules, GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Track production, downtime, and inventory accurately.
• Assist with product changeovers while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | Multiple Shifts Available

• 3:00 AM–11:30 AM
• 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
• 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Overtime and Weekends are mandatory if requested.

Requirements

• Recent work experience minimum of 1yr and resume required
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• E-Verify required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
