We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager skilled in IT Solutions, or Services or Consulting or Staffing Sales someone who’s strategic, passionate, and relentless about achieving results.

What We’re Looking For

• A go-getter with a proven record of bringing in getting IT Staffing or Services new logos and new business.
• Deep experience in IT services or solutions or consulting or staffing sales 
• No job hoppers, we value professionals who demonstrate commitment and long-term vision.
• A strong hunter mentality – cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals – you do what it takes to win.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.
