Our Core Values in Actionย

At Jim Taylor Auto Group, our Body Shop Managers live our values every day:ย

Dedication โ€” staying engaged from the first estimate through final delivery and keeping the team focused on doing the job rightย

Responsibility โ€” owning production, quality, financial performance, customer expectations, and the daily direction of the departmentย

Initiative โ€” identifying bottlenecks early, making decisions, and taking action before delays or concerns growย

Value โ€” building a productive and profitable body shop that delivers safe, high-quality repairs customers can trustย

Empathy โ€” leading people with respect and understanding that collision customers are often dealing with a stressful situationย

Physical Requirementsย

The body shop is an active production environment. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move throughout the shop and vehicle storage areas, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and work around collision repair equipment, chemicals, paint, and noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.ย

Why Join Jim Taylor Auto Groupย
