We are seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to safely transport children to and from the JCC for afterschool programs.

We are seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to safely transport children to and from the JCC for afterschool programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a JCC-owned bus along assigned routes to transport children to and from the JCC
- Ensure the safety of all passengers, following all traffic laws and JCC policies
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment
- Communicate professionally and positively with children, parents, and JCC staff
- Remain calm and responsive in emergency or unexpected situations
- Ensure accurate attendance and passenger logs as needed
- Valid Florida CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
- Clean driving record and background check
- Previous experience transporting children preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to pass required drug screenings
