Job description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:$42,500
Responsibilities:
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
