  We are looking for a proven sales professional<\/strong> with:<\/p>

  • A high level of empathy<\/strong> and strong relationship-building skills.<\/p><\/li>

  • At least 5 years of sales experience<\/strong>, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.<\/p><\/li>

  • Prior experience in customer service<\/strong> (5+ years preferred).<\/p><\/li>

  • A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.<\/p><\/li>

  • The ability to relate to diverse clients<\/strong> and tailor solutions to meet their needs.<\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in the elder care or legal services<\/strong> industry (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/li>

  • A Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, finance, or a related field<\/strong> (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/strong> and willingness to learn our case management system<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, and quality standards. <\/p><\/li>

  • A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy.<\/p><\/li>

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/p><\/li>

  • The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/p><\/li>
