Job description
The Les Jardins Logidor residence is fortunate to welcome just over 230 autonomous, semi-autonomous residents who are losing their autonomy. A warm, truly welcoming and very grateful clientele! Your talent will be used to: Support and accompany the resident in his activities of daily life while respecting his strengths and his potential; Collaborate in maintaining a suitable and safe environment for the quality of life of residents; Inform responsible persons and other members of the healthcare team about the behavior or change in behavior of residents; Provide or assist the resident in his hygiene and comfort care; Perform any other related task. Schedules available: 1 night shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (4/14) 1 evening shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (4/14) Included every other weekend. Qualifications and experience: Empathy, professionalism, thoroughness, management of priorities and sense of responsibility; PDSB and RCR card; AP-RPA course Experience an asset.
