Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Basic understanding of technology sales concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and account management.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
