Job Title: Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman
The Opportunity
Launched in January of this year, we are a fast-growing construction company built on quality work and honest communication. We are a general contractor, and handle everything residential, from remodels/additions, to decks, windows, siding, and doors.
We don't need a hand-holder; we need a leader. We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman who can step onto a job site, look at the plans, manage the workflow, and run the show. If you are a master of your craft and ready to help build a company from the ground floor, let’s talk.
Target Start Date: We are looking to bring the right person onboard within the next 2–3 weeks.
What You’ll Do
Run the Site: Take the lead on projects from setup to punch list.
Lead by Example: Work on the tools while supervising daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Mentor & Manage: Oversee and train newer, less-experienced crew members, helping them develop their skills.
Problem Solve: Read blueprints, troubleshoot job site challenges on the fly, and keep projects moving forward.
Communicate: Keep an open line of communication with the owner and other employees, ensuring projects run smoothly.
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years of professional carpentry experience (residential remodeling, framing, finish work, etc.).
Leadership: Proven ability to run a job site and a willingness to coach less-experienced workers.
Tools & Transport: A reliable vehicle and your own set of professional hand tools. (Hammer, Tape Measure, etc)
Mindset: Dependable, organized, and possesses a strong eye for detail. A valid driver’s license is required.
What’s in It for You?
Direct Impact: Work directly with the founder. Your voice, ideas, and leadership will shape this company.
Growth Potential: As the company grows, your role and compensation can grow with it.
Competitive Pay: Based on your experience and what you bring to the table.
