Responsibilities:

• Oversee the customer service team, sales team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with sales and management preferred.
• Leadership and organizational skills.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
