ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the Army, which shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and taking care of the people around me.
I’m a parent of two, and outside the office I stay involved in the community, including serving on the NC USA Wrestling board. Being active locally and supporting youth programs is something I care deeply about.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jaime Shannon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
