Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing both in-depth interviews and standardized assessments to identify mental health needs, risk factors, and strengths.

• Provide a range of clinical interventions, including crisis management, individual therapy, and group therapy techniques, employing evidence-based practices.

• Document patient progress consistently using electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current Active State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical social work experience, with a preference for backgrounds in school-based or child/adolescent settings.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
