Work Environment

This full-time role is based in our outpatient office located in the vibrant West Palm Beach area. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and learning. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, designing individualized treatment plans to address their specific limitations.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by consulting with healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for patients.
  • Deliver high-quality patient interactions that adhere to our customer service standards, demonstrating respect for diverse patient cultures, ages, and backgrounds.
  • Implement treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, modality applications, and patient education to promote recovery and enhance functional mobility.
  • Accurately document evaluations, ongoing treatment notes, and discharge plans in compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives and assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Supervise and train physical therapy aides, students, and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to enhance care delivery.
  • Contribute to staff meetings, seeking continuous improvement through self-development and participation in professional educational opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Jackson Physical Therapy, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
