Sales Management Trainee

With our continued, rapid growth in the greater Birmingham area, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to help others and develop themselves as leaders. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.

Duties:

• Acquire new clients using our proven methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Self discipline and have excellent time management skills
• Development of new representatives
• Reports on field activity

Prerequisites

• Strong customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred, not required)
• Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
• Ability to pass a background check
