Job description

Sales Management Trainee

We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for growth and experience with a top rated team! As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into senior leadership quickly.

Duties

  • Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods.
  • Service of existing client base.
  • Development of new representatives.
  • Monitoring daily activity of team.
  • Reports on field activity.
  • Weekly recruitment.
  • New hire assessment.

Prerequisites

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required)
  • Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
