We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Claims Specialist to join our Rev Cycle team at Ranken Jordan. We are also looking for a Financial Advisor (separate position) to help our patient's family get access to care, if that is your specialty!

Our department is a very fun and lively, while getting our work done! The ideal candidate will bring an upbeat, positive attitude and be dedicated to our mission. Our pediatric patients are working hard on their therapies to be able to go home and live their lives, and this role helps contribute to the goal.

• Ability to prioritize, analyze and streamline claim process
• Root cause analysis
• Claims experience-Private insurance & Medicaid (this is vital as our patients have high needs)
• Denial/Appeal expertise (vital - ability to identify possible errors & effectively communicate an appeal)
• Cerner (but we will train on this)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A passion for helping our little people get home to live!
