The Cook, Register, Prep position is integral to a small kitchen team of 2-4 members, working closely under the direction of the Kitchen Manager. This role focuses on preparing and cooking food to high standards, maintaining quality control, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Ideal candidates are committed to food safety and sanitation and are available for day and weekend shifts without any travel obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and dishes following recipes and safety standards
• Cook food items to the desired quality and specification
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure food quality and consistency throughout preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools
• Collaborate effectively with the small kitchen team
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
