ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their coverage questions with care and clarity.
Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and document requests throughout their policy term.
Manage incoming renewals by reviewing coverage and reaching out to clients to ensure they are fully protected.
Coordinate with our sales team to resolve any service-related issues that arise for our active accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our database to ensure seamless service for every interaction.
Contribute to a supportive office culture by sharing insights and helping your colleagues solve tricky coverage problems.
RequirementsActive Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.
Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier portals.
Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and email interactions.
Strong organizational habits for managing policy renewals and documentation.
Understanding of personal lines insurance products.
