COMMERCIAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Hybrid Role - 50% remote

Our client, mid-sized independent insurance agency in Oakland County, MI, is searching for an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to assist Account Managers with the daily servicing of commercial lines accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of assigned commercial lines accounts
• Maintain accurate data in agency management system
• General processing of accounts such as issuing certs, binders, auto ID cards, invoicing, and handling billing questions,
• Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment

Qualifications

• Active and valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency Applied EPIC is preferred
