Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Framer Carpenter to join our framing crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in framing, concrete forming, and general carpentry. This role involves working on diverse construction projects but mainly residential sites. The Framer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, managing heavy lifting, and ensuring the structural integrity of building frameworks. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various hand and power tools safely.

Duties

• Construct and install building frameworks to blueprints and schematics
• Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to support structural elements
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on construction sites
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in carpentry and construction
• Excellent understanding of safety standards on construction sites
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding work environments
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and working with various materials including woodwork and siding materials
• Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors

Being on time and showing up to work is always expected. Pay will be discussed based on experience.
