# Server – The Juicy Crab
- Job Summary
- Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
- Explain menu items, seafood boil options, sauces, spice levels, and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Check on guests throughout their meal and address any questions or concerns.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
- Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
