Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door prospecting to identify and engage potential residential customers. Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy systems and available financing options. Mentor new sales reps. Perform in-home consultations and present customized solar solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through self-generated leads and referrals. Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and guide them through the purchasing process. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company's CRM system. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Represent JC Power Solutions professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven door-to-door sales experience in the solar power industry (required). Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Strong presentation and closing skills. Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing residential neighbourhoods. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation. Legally authorized to work in Canada.
